Maintain health and fitness

Everyone wishes to have good health and perfect body, but most of us are not able to maintain it. We have become more lazy and don't want to workout on our fitness. Now a days we eat lot of junk foods, oily foods which affect our health. We need to take care of our health and fitness, we should eat more natural food that is hygienic to health.

Some tips to maintain the health and fitness.

1) Proper diet plan
You should maintain a proper diet plan for the day. You diet should have more vegetables and fruits because they are natural and contain more all key nutrients.

2) Regular Exercise

Regular exercise is key to maintain the body fitness. To maintain the body fitness is not going to happen overnight you have to be calm and keep performing your work regularly.

3) Some physical activities

Apart from your exercises you should also do some physical activities, it is very essential. You will lose more calories as long as you are active and performing some task. It will also help in your digestion process.

4) Sleep is essential

Remember you need to sleep at least for 6-8 hours a day, but keep in mind that not too much sleep will make you lazy.
Also, You will lose more calories when you are active rather than going to bed early.

Various remedies for chapped lips

Your face is reflection of health and vigour in your body. One of the most ignored parts of face is lips. We just don't take adequate amount of care of our lips and this may lead to many problems associated with it like dry lips or chapped lips. A pink gorgeous lip adds to the beauty of our face. The skin of lips is very thin compared to any organ of our body. In medical terms they are known as cheilitis. It is not a serious medical condition but it may cause inconvenience while smiling or laughing or speaking which at the end may lead to bleeding if not taken care of.
This condition could be very embarrassing in front of group. You may feel difficulty in eating spicy, hot or very cold food which may increase its severity. The major factor leading to Cheilitis is continuous habit of biting and licking lips and thus having control over this habit will instantly solve the problem. If the problem of chapped lips persists then you should have a look at your diet. Your diet should contain various vitamin sources as well as should be able to provide good amount of protein and fatty acids. In short your diet should be a balanced one.
If you have developed infection or fissures then you should immediately consult a physician and take a dose of antibiotics for its cure as it might be contagious. Excessive exposure of harsh weather conditions may also cause chapped lips. The best suitable lip care is application of high SPF sunscreen in case of sun exposure and covering your mouth with warm cloth in case of very cold weather condition. If you are on certain drugs like of Tuberculosis, high dose of Vitamin A or penicillines then there are very good chances of you developing chapped lips. So, take precautionary steps before starting of therapy.
Kids usually develop chapped lips. There are certain remedies which will help you in their lip care. Make sure that your kid drinks proper amount of water. The upper dermal layer degenerates in this case and as soon as you notice your kids lips redder than usual apply good moisturizer to prevent it from chapping. Healthy Diets

 Being healthy is very important in our life.

So, for that we need to be diet conscious.


Daily drink 2 - 3 cups of water in empty stomach.


Avoid drinking coffee or Tea morning.


Avoid oily food in morning.


Drink plenty of water daily.


Take many veggies more than a rice in your meals.


Please have
your food in time.

Drink some veg soups daily with your meals.


Evening, instead of drinking coffee or Tea, drink fresh juice. Which helps to cool your stomach.


You can also have milk mixed carrot juice twice or thrice a week.


Avoid deep fried snacks like baji, Bonda, Vada, etc if you have the ulcer compliant.


Avoid eating cabbage, Coli-flower, Spinach, Brinjal & Tomatoes mainly, if you have
Kidney stone compliant.

Consume more wheat & Raagi
foods if you have Diabetic Compliant.

Avoid having rice
