Tips to face summe

  • Wear light colour or white colour dress that too slightly loose fitting.
    Wear cap or take umbrella when you are going out in Sun light.
    You can wear sunglasses.
    Drink more water. Carry water or juice when you go out of your house.
    Eat less spicy food.
    Drink more buttermilk, tender coconut water ( elaneer )
    Take bath two times a day.
    Veg. like cucumber, snack guard, carrot, leaf veg., watermelon, grapes,orange etc.,
    You can take ‘barle kanji’ that is barle water to reduce heat.
    You can take milk but avoid taking coffee or tea.
    Ask your children to play indoor games in the day time. Avoid playing in sun.
