Eye exercise for computer users

Eye strain is experienced for almost all computer users.Some people needs to do work on a whole day by sitting in front of the computer.So, it is required to protect your eyes from computer's effect.So, I am suggesting you some exercises given below:-

1)it is necessary to take breaks to exercise the eyes.Regular working hours can cause weaknesses in tour eyes and after one hour, you must blink your eyes.


2)Second exercise is palming.First,you nee to generate some heat through rubbing of the palms of your both hands.Then,close your eyes and put your eyes cupped on top of them.


3)Third,looking at distant objects.After every one hour,you must look at the distant objects outside your room that will really help you.


4)Drink plenty of water.


5)When you take break,then you can wash your eyes by water.


6)Sit in your chair,eyes closed.with your eyelids closed,look upward as far as you can without staining the eye.pause,then look 

downward.This exercise is performed slowly and repeated three times.
