Make Your Eyes Attractive

Eyes,are called the window to soul. Eyes helped us to smile affectionately at our loved ones. They helped us to watch the magnificent colours of a rainbow and the hilarious feathers of a peacock. From the very moment we opened our eyes after birth, they helped us to see, understand and communicate with this world. Which part lets you cry when you're sad and makes tears to protect itself? Which part has muscles that adjust to let you focus on things that are close up or far away? If you guessed the eye, you're right!

The most expressive features of your face are eyes! So make them more beautiful and sparkling to get all that special attention you are desperate of. Our vision is one of those wonderful gifts most of us take for granted. The only time we even have cause to think about our vision as such is when we think about a blind person who has no vision at all, or our own vision begins to fail us. Being aware of the importance of protecting your vision can help you to avoid problems with it in the future.



Tips


1   Put potato slices on your eye to get rid off those dark circles.
2   Soak amla overnight in water and use this water the next morning to wash the eyes.
    3  Soak cotton in Luke warm milk and cover eyes with it for 15 min.
    To soothe tired eyes, dip cotton pads in chilled milk and place on closed eyes for 10 minutes. Now relax completely.
      4  To completely relax the eyes and the surrounding muscles, close your eyes and think of something that is pleasant or soothing and at a distance. Now gently open your eyes and look into the distance. Next focus on an object at arm's length. Do this extremely relaxing exercise four or five times a day.
       
        5  If your eye twitches, or your eyes are red and feeling itchy, massage your scalp with curd. 

        6  Soak 1 tsp. dry amla in one cup of water overnight. Next morning strain it through a muslin cloth and then add one extra cup of water. Splash your eyes with this solution each morning. This makes your eyes sparkle.

        7  For Puffy Eyes: Grate a potato with its peel and apply on your closed eyelids for about 20 minutes and relax completely. You may even take a nap.

        8  Wash your face before sleeping, and ensure that there is no make-up on your face before you sleep, because, make-up creams may spoil your face as it will be there for the whole night. It is better if no cream is applied.
          9  Wash your face before sleeping and if at all you want to apply any cream, just apply night cream and none other than that.
            10  Wear goggles where debris or chemicals could go flying, such as wood shop, metal shop, science lab, or art.

            11  Wear eye protection when playing racquetball, hockey, skiing, or other sports that could injure your eyes.
              12  Wear sunglasses. Too much light can damage your eyes and cause vision problems , such as cataracts, later in life. If the lens gets cloudy, it's called a cataract. A cataract prevents light from reaching the retina and makes it difficult to see.

              Have you ever noticed how many times your eyes blink? Probably not, because we blink so fast. The average person blinks about 12 times a minute. That's an amazing 10,080 blinks in a kids day (14 waking hours). Eyes are never to be neglected as without them our world will be so dark and cloudy. Care for your eyes well, make it attractive, thus your eyes will sing out only happy songs of your soul.
